- Cate Maguire Added February 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆$13.50 for one slice of toast in the "open sandwich" was such a disappointment. It was foolish too: we were planning to have coffee and cake and to buy some produce, but instead we walked out and down the road to the bakery (where we had fantastic sandwiches)... Because we were still hungry after our one slice of toast with a few bits of chicken.
